Seoul Day 4- Final Preparations

Day 4 was spent pretty much unwinding after a tiring night of drinks with friends from Bong House. Visited a cozy drink bar called comfort zone and really loved the ambience at the place. Got invited by Robert and friends for a korean bbq or samgupsa ( Hope I'm spelling it correctly) in the evening. Spent the rest of the day just doing final preparations for leaving the next day. The map i would be using was a tourist map, copies of which I took 3.

The starting point of the korean BBQ. Love the way the side dishes are arranged. What I liked about this shot is the way the charcoal appears to have a purple glow :)
Everything looks so FRESH !

The metal grills are changed as soon as they turn black.
I like the way things are arranged...rather neat and ordered

Contrary to what I felt the last time I was here, the average korean diet is very meaty, with fresh vegetables interlaced within meals. Cooking the raw slabs of meat then cutting it up to smaller bite-able pieces not only allows lag time between eating but also allows time for good conversation. It was really nice to place the meat, together with red sauce and grilled garlic pieces into a piece of vege and fold it up before having the whole thing in a bite. The feeling as the juices come out....priceless
